BANGKOK – Thailand international Sutee Suksomkit will head off to Australia after agreeing a three-month contract with A-League double winners Melbourne Victory.
Thai media has reported that the 31-year-old joins on a free transfer from Singapore outfit Tampines Rovers and will depart for Melbourne on October 5 to hook up with Thailand team-mate Surat Sukha, who signed a two-year deal with the 2010 AFC Champions League qualifiers back in May.
Sutee has been plying his trade in Singapore since 2001 when he joined Tanjong Pagar United from Thai Farmers Bank and had three seasons with Home United before signing with Tampines in 2007.
